Laura Biancone (she/her) - Executive Director

Hi, I’m Laura! I’m the Executive Director of the LGBT Center of Greater Reading and a fierce advocate for the marginalized. I am passionate in my unwavering commitment to drive positive change, help all feel included and accepted, and champion the rights and dignity of all individuals. I’m the proud mom of an LGBT child and reside in Berks County with my family and dog, Milo. I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by such an exceptional group of people here at the Center.

Susan Fetzer (she/her) - Sexual Assault Navigator

Hi, I'm Susan! I'm a filmmaker and the Sexual Assault Navigator at The LGBT Center of Greater Reading. I facilitate our monthly Film Club and Movie Night, as well as our weekly Safe Space support group for survivors of sexual assault. Additionally, I work closely with our team to help manage our social media and community outreach. I am passionate about providing a space where members of the LGBTQ+ community not only feel safe but are able to express themselves.

Jox (he/him) - Volunteer & Event Coordinator

Howdy, my name is Jox! I'm the Volunteer and Event Coordinator here at the center. I'm an illustrator, lover of storytelling, and am unhealthily obsessed with Cryptids and D&D (If anyone has the Mothman's number, hit me up.). I came to the center because I want to support the community that showed me love and compassion when I was discovering myself. When I'm not here at the Center, I'm at home drawing or playing Dungeons & Dragons!

Angelee Vega (she/her) - Bookkeeper

Hi! I’m Angelee Vega, and I’ve called Reading, PA, my home for as long as I can remember. I’m excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, especially in combining my passion for numbers with strategic thinking. I’m proud to work at the LGBT Center. This organization has been more than just a job for me; it’s become like a family. They welcomed me with open arms while I was still in school, and I’ve learned so much about the commitment they have to our community. Their dedication inspires me every day, and I’m grateful to be part of such impactful work.

Angela Keller (she/her) - Counseling Coordinator

Hi, I’m Angella Keller! I am the director of counseling programs here at the LGBT Center of Greater Reading. My goal is to help the counseling staff here at the center to learn how to best serve their clients as they process their experiences. I want to create a safe place for the LGBT community to feel accepted for who they are. I have an extensive background working with folks who have suffered from childhood abuse and neglect, especially emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, emotional trauma, and anxiety/depression. The tools I use are EMDR, IFS, DBT, and CBT.  Fun fact about me: I own four amazing black cats and love to travel when possible. I am also kinda nerdy so any sci-fi references are welcomed.
