Meet The Team!

Executive Director
Laura Biancone
(She/Her)
Hi, I’m Laura! I’m the Executive Director of the LGBT Center of Greater Reading and a fierce advocate for the marginalized. I am passionate in my unwavering commitment to drive positive change, help all feel included and accepted, and champion the rights and dignity of all individuals. I’m the proud mom of an LGBT child and reside in Berks County with my family and dogs, Jolene and Milo. I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by such an exceptional group of people here at the Center.

Social Media & Marketing Manager
Susan Fetzer
(She/Her)
Hi, I’m Susan! I’m the Social Media & Marketing Manager here at The LGBT Center of Greater Reading. I manage all of our social media content, create marketing materials and outreach campaigns, develop social media strategies, and distribute promotional information to enhance visibility and increase engagement. Additionally, I facilitate our Film Club and Movie Nights, as well as our support group for survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I'm passionate about providing a space where people can creatively and authentically express themselves in a safe and supportive environment.

Community Engagement Specialist
Jox
(He/Him)
Howdy, my name is Jox! I'm the Community Engagement Specialist here at the center. I'm an illustrator, lover of storytelling, and am unhealthily obsessed with Cryptids and D&D (If anyone has the Mothman's number, hit me up.). I came to the center because I want to support the community that showed me love and compassion when I was discovering myself. When I'm not here at the Center, I'm at home drawing or playing Dungeons & Dragons!

Counseling Coordinator
Angela Keller
MS, LPC, LCPC, CAADC, CCS,
Emdria Certified Therapist and consultant-in-training
(She/They)
Hi, I’m Angella Keller! I am the director of counseling programs here at the LGBT Center of Greater Reading. My goal is to help the counseling staff here at the center to learn how to best serve their clients as they process their experiences. I want to create a safe place for the LGBT community to feel accepted for who they are. I have an extensive background working with folks who have suffered from childhood abuse and neglect, especially emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, emotional trauma, and anxiety/depression. The tools I use are EMDR, IFS, DBT, and CBT. Fun fact about me: I own four amazing black cats and love to travel when possible. I am also kinda nerdy so any sci-fi references are welcomed.
