Letters for Hormone Replacement Therapy and Gender Affirming Surgery

• 1-3 counseling sessions are required for letters.  Letters will confirm that WPATH Standards of Care have been met.

• WPATH Standards include a diagnosis of gender dysphoria, adequate support for pre- and post-operative care, screening for cognitive defects.

• 1 letter required for HRT and Top Surgery; 2 letters are required for bottom surgery.
